2011 Symposium Archive

The SEI hosted the second Electronics and Sustainability Symposium on March 23-24, 2011. The event hosted a variety of speakers from various sectors who were discuss the ever-growing issues related to electronics and electronic waste.

The symposium served as a forum for welcoming new ideas and alternative methods for dealing with the current electronic waste problem. It also served as an opportunity to interact with representatives from academia, industry, and government sectors. The panel discussion offered at the end of the first day generate several new ideas and developed further partnerships in creating a better solution to this complex and evolving problem.
